Český Krumlov has a very special story that a typical walking tour won’t reveal, and it’s best told in a terrace café setting overlooking the Castle and Old Town (weather permitting). Learn about the town’s unique history that led up to the events of the Second World War and its surprising aftermath, and how the town resisted Starbucks and McDonalds after the Velvet Revolution. Much of the story is based on my own experience from living here for over 30 years.
